The NanoWeaver®-Starter is the most economical entry in our electrospinning product family, designed for basic yet efficient nanofiber production. Equipped with a plane collector, a high-voltage source (0–30 kV), a single stainless-steel spinneret, and the IdaFlow®-Single-channel syringe pump, it offers essential functionality for polymer-based nanofiber fabrication.
The system allows users to manually adjust key parameters such as spinneret-to-collector distance, voltage, flow rate, providing flexibility in optimizing fiber properties. With its PLC-controlled operation, intuitive touchscreen interface, the NanoWeaver®-Starter offers reliable and user-friendly performance for research and small-scale applications.
