The NanoWeaver®-Pro+ is a cutting-edge electrospinning system designed for high-performance, large-scale nanofiber production, ideal for both advanced research and industrial applications. It combines sophisticated automation with user-friendly control, offering a wide array of customizable options for complex electrospinning tasks. The system features dual collectors, including a bottom-up plate collector and a rotary cylindrical collector, alongside an adjustable high-voltage source and support for up to 20 spinnerets, allowing for multi-material electrospinning and high-throughput production. Equipped with two independent IdaFlow® syringe pumps, it ensures precise fluid delivery for consistent results. The NanoWeaver®-Pro+ offers advanced real-time environmental monitoring with integrated humidity and temperature sensors, maintaining optimal conditions for electrospinning. Key parameters like applied voltage, solution flow rate, and spinneret configurations are easily controlled via the touchscreen interface, while the nozzle-to-collector distance is automatically adjusted by the PLC system, enabling efficient and uniform nanofiber production. This versatility and automation make the NanoWeaver®-Pro+ the ideal solution for high-precision, high-throughput electrospinning applications.

Nozzle-Collector Distance Automatic distance adjustment up to 260 mm. The nozzle holder moves in a single dimension at speeds ranging from 0 to 500 mm/s.
