The NanoWeaver®-R2R Model Electrospinning System is a high-performance, lab-scale solution designed for continuous nanofiber production. Combining automation with user-friendly control, it’s perfect for both research and small-scale industrial applications. The system features dual collectors—bottom-up plate and rotary cylindrical—along with an adjustable high-voltage source and support for up to 20 spinnerets, enabling multi-material electrospinning and efficient production. Two independently controlled IdaFlow® syringe pumps ensure precise fluid delivery. Real-time environmental monitoring with humidity and temperature sensors maintains optimal conditions. Key parameters like voltage, flow rate, and spinneret settings are easily adjusted via the touchscreen, while the PLC system automatically regulates nozzle-to-collector distance for precise results. This combination of precision and flexibility makes the NanoWeaver®-R2R ideal for high-quality lab-scale electrospinning applications. 

Technical Specifications

HIGH VOLTAGE SOURCE

Has a power of 20 W and provides a maximum current of 1.0 mA at 20.0 kV and 0.67 mA at 30.0 kV.

Adjustable in 0.1 kV steps in the range 0-30.0 kV.

Adjustable current limitation can be realized.
